I’m 27 today.

Lots of my friends are asking their special someone to marry them.

Learning how your nervous system impacts your stress levels.

I’ll save you the stuff you already know: Americans are stressed & anxious.

Well, here’s the scary part…

When people go see their doctor, 60-80% of visits are because of stress.

About 75% of big health problems, like heart disease, diabetes, depression, and autoimmune disorders, are impacted by stress (APA)

Unlike getting in shape, it’s not as easily solved as eating less, lifting more.

There are a lot of areas that you can work on:

• Sleep

• Environment

• Self Talk

• Internal Awareness of Tension & Stress

• Having a strong friend group

It’s extremely multi-faceted.

But at the end of the day, your nervous system largely controls your stress response.

I just found Nervous System Mastery.

It’s a cohort based program teaching people how to get a grip of these categories.

Here's how to do it:

1. Pick a big field (like real estate, finance, etc.)

2. Build a content engine to get attention

3. Build the platform for people to pay experts to answer their questions

You’ll have the best customers. Hedge Funds and PE shops that spend $50,000 to learn things because it helps them make $50M!

You can make money two ways:

1. Have customers pay subscription, and let experts keep all the money they earn

2. Or take some money (like 30% that Intro takes) from what experts earn when they have calls.
