🥩  Tallow Skincare

In 2025, beauty influencers are swearing by tallow.

Yes, rendered beef fat is becoming mainstream for moisturized skin.

Searches for “tallow skin” have exploded on Google Trends:

According to MayoClinic, tallow is rich in fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E, and K) which fight inflammation, reduce oxidation, and support collagen.

But it’s not just moisturizers.

  • Soaps

  • Lip balms

  • Herbal rubs

  • Candles

The beauty of a trending topic is you can get first-mover advantage into any of these categories & start exploding over Tiktok shops and more.

Look at a brand like Native deodorant that sold for $100M+ simply by recognizing people want aluminum free deoderant.

These products have pricing power, letting you charge premium prices like $54 for one container of moisturizer from this brand.

If you want to experiment making your own Tallow products in a crocpot, here’s your how-to guide.

🧂  Salt Delivery

This is going to be the next pressure washing business trend (tbh, the economics are more similar to pool maintenance services).

Last week I interviewed Michael Jensen. He started EZSalt.

They build a water sensor that lets home owners know when their salt runs out in their brine tanks.

For the millennial like me reading this: Salt is added to that tank to soften your water which reduces build up in your pipes, gives you softer skin, better hair, etc. etc.

Well, Michaels sensor now lets home owners know when their salt levels are low.

Which means he can now build a salt delivery route to service those people and make a killing. You can charge $40/mo delivery and quickly build a list of 300+ customers depending on your location.

He told me there’s a guy Houston killing it with salt delivery, making over $12,000/mo

🗑️ Junk Removal

This is another business idea that has been hiding in plain sight. Apartment complex trash management service.

Inspired by a post on r/sweatystartup, some entrepreneurs claim to be making $250K a year in revenue from this business, plus extra income by reselling items tenants throw away– furniture, electronics, and more.

As a proud self storage owner, I promise you this: People have a lot of stuff.

The startup costs are practically nothing–a large bin, a reliable vehicle and possibly laborers as the business grows. It's perfect for an entrepreneur who is willing to hustle.

And it works. An UpFlip video showcased one full-time accountant, Osvaldo Rocha, who brings in $23K a month doing it as his side hustle outside of his 9-5. Again - PART TIME.

Here’s why this business is a sleeper hit:

  1. Recurring Revenue: Trash pickup is a service needed week after week, guaranteeing a steady income.

  2. Growing Market: With the rise in multi-family housing apartment development, the demand for efficient waste management is only growing.

  3. Scalability: You can start small and then expand into multiple complexes or cities with minimal additional investment.

My number one tip for anyone who wants to start this business: Be a killer at business development. Cold call every self storage facility, apartment complex, strip malls, etc. You’ll win accounts quickly. And if you answer the phone when customers call back, you’re already ahead of most competitors.

That’s all for this send – what can I do to make these sends better each week?
